Live within (or below) your means3. I read this book a few years back because people had hyped it up so much. You're a millionaire, but one with an exceptionally dull life of excessive frugality. Save moneyAdd a dash of time and voila. I'll save you an hour of your life and $10:1. Dont buy ANYTHING (only a slight exaggeration if you read this book)2.
A real eye opener for me. However, your neighbor may have a million bucks in the bank and no one has a clue except their accountant. I don't know about you, but I really believed that millionaires lived in mansions and drove European luxury cars. This book taught me that those who live like this may very well be living above their means and it may all come crashing down tomorrow.
